Return Policy
- Shipping is free on all orders; however, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- ARIMA The Brand products are available exclusively online and cannot be returned to a physical store.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the shipment date.
- All original tags must remain attached, including care labels, size tags, and barcodes.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and only tried on for fit.
- Items must be returned in their original condition, free from stains, odors, makeup, fake tan, smoke, pet hair, or any other signs of wear.
- Items must not have been altered in any way.
- Returned items must be sent back in their original packaging, which should be in its original condition.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
We will gladly accept returns if:
- The item is deemed to have a manufacturing fault, as assessed by our customer service team.
- The item received is different from the style or description displayed on our website.
If your item is faulty or incorrect, please contact our customer support team before returning the item.
Promotional Purchases
If you purchased items as part of a promotion (including Buy One Get One Free, 2-for-1 offers, or using a discount code), any refund or store credit will be calculated based on the promotional price paid, rather than the original individual retail price of each item.
Sale Items
All sale items are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refund Policy
- Eligible returns will be issued as store credit.
- Refunds will only be provided if the returned item is confirmed to have a manufacturing fault.
- At this time, we are unable to offer direct exchanges. If you wish to purchase a different size or style, we recommend placing a new order once your return has been processed.
- Please note that we are unable to process refunds to American Express.
