Return Eligibility
Unworn and unwashed merchandise may be returned within 7 days of your order delivery date.
Please note that ARIMA The Brand does not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases. Eligible returns will be issued as store credit, which can be used toward a future purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- Have all original tags attached.
- Be returned in its original packaging.
- Be free from stains, odors, makeup, fake tan, pet hair, or any signs of wear.
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. ARIMA The Brand does not provide return shipping labels.
Return Process
Once your return request has been submitted and approved, you will receive a follow-up email with instructions on how to return your item(s).
After we receive your return, our team will carefully inspect each item for any signs of wear, damage, or defects.
If an item has been worn, washed, damaged, altered, or does not meet our return requirements, we reserve the right to decline the return.
Once your return has been approved, your store credit will be issued via email.
Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be inspected and processed.
Due to the volume of orders we receive, returns may not be processed on the day they arrive.
Final Sale Items
The following items are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return or store credit:
- Clearance items
- Promotional or discounted items
- Items purchased using a coupon code
- Swimwear
- Bodysuits
Please ensure you are satisfied with your selection before completing your purchase.
Orders Returned to Sender
If your order is returned to ARIMA The Brand due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or because it was undeliverable, a 15% restocking fee will apply.
If a refund is approved under these circumstances, it will be processed less the 15% restocking fee and any shipping charges incurred.
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase.
